For identity-sensitive concerns we ask for a government-issued ID so we can confirm it's really you. Any one of the IDs below is accepted.

Please upload clear, well-lit photos of both the front and back of your ID. Make sure all details are readable and nothing is cropped or covered. Uploaded IDs are encrypted and visible only to authorised support agents.
