All products purchased through MallPlus are covered by our MallPlus Guarantee, ensuring you receive authentic, quality products as described.

If you receive a product that is counterfeit, damaged, or significantly different from the description, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

2. Warranty Period

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product category and brand.

Electronics typically come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Appliances may have warranties ranging from 6 months to 2 years.

Fashion items and accessories have a 30-day quality guarantee.

3. Return Period

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Some items, such as personal care products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, go to My Purchases and select the order.

Tap "Request Return/Refund" and select "Warranty Claim" as the reason.

Provide detailed information about the issue and upload photos or videos as evidence.

Our customer service team will review your claim within 48 hours.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For manufacturer warranty claims beyond our return period, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.

MallPlus will assist in facilitating the warranty process with the manufacturer when needed.

Please retain your receipt and product packaging for manufacturer warranty claims.

6. Extended Warranty

Extended warranty options may be available for select products at checkout.

Extended warranties provide coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty period.
