1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, go to My Purchases and select the order you wish to return.

Tap "Request Return/Refund" and select the reason for your return.

Provide detailed information and upload photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, MallPlus will cover the return shipping cost.

For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be shipped back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to your GCash wallet.

You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photos or videos of the damage as evidence.

6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund.

You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.
